I think the model is way to small and to flat to be printed properly. Even at 0.08mm Layer height the layer shifts are to extreme to get a nice surface? Have you ever made a testprint of it?
Even if the printing can be carried out successfully, the connector bars are far too bulky to be removed without destroying the model. :-(
I will fix the problem with the bulky connector bars. Unfortunately the real plane is simply that flat so I cannot change those properties. I have made a testprint (0.05mm layer height) and it worked fine for me. Have you used supports for the nose?
That would be great. An other possibility would be to scale the whole thing up, I'll try that.
And I will try 0.05 Layer hight too. Thanx for the hint.
I added some supports on the ducts (in and outlet) and underneath the wing. not yet on the nose.
