重新制作了带系绳孔的刀柄，并修复了非流形错误。

Reworked the hilt with lanyard holes and fixed non-manifold bugs.

加大了一点刀钮尺寸，放在源文件里的pin set V2.stl，如果还是太松可以用点胶水。

Increase the size of pin set and put it in the ‘pin set V2.stl’ in the source file. If it is still too loose, you can use some glue.
