This is a saw station for pen blanks. You can use it to cut pen blanks to length.

How to use:

1. place the brass tube like on the picture:
2. tighten the screw to lock the stop block. Keep in mind that you might need 1-2 mm extra length for the pen plank.
3. Place the pen blank in the saw station and cut it

How to assemble:

You need following parts:

• 5x M4 threaded inserts
• 4x M4x16 screws
• 1x M4x30 screw with wingnut head (or similar)

Use a soldering iron to melt the inserts into the ground plate and the stop block. After that screw Block1 and Block2 onto the ground plate and the stop block with the long screw through the slot. Block1 and Block2 can be moved a bit to ensure a tight fit for your saw.
