Bambu X1/P1 Harbor Freight Parts Case Module for Nozzle / Hot Ends

I make extensive use of the Harbor Freight 20 compartment medium parts cases in my shop for the storage of small parts, hardware, electronics components, and more. (Think a poor man's Sortimo system.) I typically organize spare parts and related accessories for a given piece of equipment in its own case so everything I may need is close at hand. In most cases, the bins that come with the organizer are sufficient, but in some cases I like to print custom made modules for the storage of more delicate items.

This module is designed to replace the “large” bin in the organizer and will hold two nozzles / hot ends for the X1 / P1 printer.

I recommend printing feet down with support under the bottom of the module. The provided print profiles have worked great for me using PLA+. They don't include any major changes aside from slowing down the first layer to make sure the small feet adhere to the build surface and decreasing the amount of infill to speed things up and avoid wasting excessive filament on the interior of the module. I've included a secondary profile that adds a PETG interface between the support and the bottom of the module for better surface finish for those with an AMS unit!
