测试了拓竹自家的PLA和PETG耗材,PLA打印的都会出现过紧无法装配的问题,PETG都可以装配,可以转动

我是基于PETG设计的,因为PETG有更好的韧性性能。

误差肯定是会有的,主要看误差有多大,竹子的机器基本正常的话,误差在0.5-1.5左右。如果超出这个误差,那么问题就是多维度了,材料本身的收缩率,温度,流量比等。包括硬件层面的皮带松紧,电机,都会导致误差。
