if you plan on using these in a dryer do NOT print this in PLA. print is great otherwise lol. don't make my mistake.

Apparently the little piece is a hub lock so it doesn't come apart. Its location is indicated inside the center hub.

That looks like the shim for differing size cores. The Bambu official reusable spool files that are included in the printer also come with this shim.

no, this is the lock, there's a space in the center that this fits in, preventing the spool from being unlocked.
