Can be printed with most filaments, I used flexible TPU as it makes them more durable. I have printed from PLA and they seem fine, but legs would snap easier.
Yeah to be fair it might be able to go down another 5 degrees or so, it was working pretty well for me but on a longer print I did identify it was still running a bit hot even at 210. It's a great filament, just needs a bit lower of a temp!
This is done with Sunlu PLA Meta filament, meaning the temperature I ran is 10 degrees lower than normal (210 rather than 220) as that filament is much more fluid when hot than regular PLA. I did size up the spiders slightly if I recall correctly. I do not at all find the spiders to be fragile, I feel like they will hold up for Halloween nicely, though PLA Meta is a little more resistant to breakage than regular PLA.
