Description

I installed my plate so it was slighty resting on the lip of the guide… So I wanted something to make it unlikely to repeat in the future.

These clips snap on and bring the height of table plate guides up just enough to make it easy to line up the plate, without getting in the way of the print head.

I printed mine in PETG so they would better handle the interior temperature of the enclosure, and use an extra fine 0.08mm layer height to make sure the guide edge is as smooth as possible while still allowing it to be printed laying down without support.

Quick print and easy to install, I hope you like them!

Excellent idea, but not done correctly. No matter how much you have installed them, the plate is positioned incorrectly. I recommend updating the project

Replying to @AneoPsy :
non sono riuscito a farlo allineare all'originale, quindi il piatto si posiziona sempre sul solito pezzo originale

Lifting badly, plate(g10) was fresh sanded and cleaned. I think brim is needed.

The quickest, cheapest, smallest and most useful of all the mods I have printed. No more messing around trying to line up the plate while it insisted on being pulled to the bed before I could get it aligned. Saved me a ton of frustrations. Thank you

That is as good as it can be. It is functional and highly well-modeled. I decided to make it out of PC for its excellent resistance to high temperatures and overall performance. I did a print-it top-up and forgot to add support... Ops, it did come out strung but not functional. I corrected my mistake, and it is perfect. I did snap it in place, and it works well. It's stable, functional and well-designed. Thanks, and good job.

Super schnell gedruckt, passt echt super und hilft beim Platte einlegen, gerade bei smoot PEI Plate. Nur die Installation hätte besser beschrieben sein können.
