This is a corner piece for when you need to run a rod through the body diagonal of a cube of 2020 extrusion.

I needed to build a cube that would stand on and rotate around a point, so I needed a way to run a rod through the body diagonal. This is that workaround. It's niche but maybe someone else needs that.

It prints without supports in the model's default configuration. At least it does on my P1P with a .4nozzle and .2mm layer height. YMMV.

It mounts to the extrusion with up to four M4x10 screws per side and t slot nuts and optional M5 screws into the end if you get 2020 that can actually be tapped for M5 unlike the cheap stuff I bought which is just sliiiightly too big. It seems plenty sturdy without them though.

The hole is 12mm. I was using a 3/8 threaded rod and wanted good clearance.
