Why 3 stars?

Had to print twice. After the first print I found that I needed support on the recessed hole. On the second print it came out ok but I had trouble assembling it. There was no mention of screw type or size so I have to purchase some to finish assembly. I was thinking that it would be a better model if you had the option to add additional trays.

Thank you, as the profile uploader I cant really change the description to tell you what you need but I fixed the supports for the tray.
