0.2 - Optimized Print - All on One Plate, Print by Object
I chose the multi-part print and everything came out flawless. Assembly was easy and only required a couple drops of glue to hold everything together. Great job!
I can't print the base without having the same issue over and over. it's as if its trying to print in the air or something. Any advice from the community?
Hey there! Generally, overhangs will look like this when there's poor cooling. Perhaps double check the part cooling fans are enabled and indeed working?
yeah, everything's working. Other models seems to work well, it just seems to be this one. I've done this model on 2 different machines with the same issue 😅 I'll have to load on the computer and play with settings I guess.
All the parts were very smooth to print, but the orange one a.k.a. the bottom pumpkin piece had a little bit of trouble building on itself as it had a lot of fringes . But otherwise very nice.
wasted a lot of filament on changes (this could be cause I'm new to this as well) but the modle itself was good! My only recommendation would be to print it as a solid piece and paint the color onto the parts you want to minimize waste.
With something like this, I find its best to print each part separately and then glue it together. In the app, you can select which part to print, and judgemental each one for a different print. It takes a couple of hours. Another option would be tobuse the desktop app and space the parts apart, then select to print by object.
