The Wen Drill Press Table with an adjustable fence blocks the handle to change the height of the table. This knob slides on and allows adjustments while the alt. table is installed.

The part was printed on a Bambu Labs .2mm layer (adaptive layer turned on) and 15% infill. The file has a .1mm tolerance already for the shaft. Depending on your printer tolerances, you might need to adjust the model or sand some in the shaft opening.
