Description

Features:

  • Custom Fit: Precisely crafted to accommodate the QuinLED-Dig-Uno WLED controller.
  • Sloped PCB Guides: Facilitates effortless positioning of the PCB, simplifying the mounting process.
  • Secure Hold: The PCB is anchored firmly with M2x4 screws, maintaining stability throughout use, regardless of orientation.
  • Snap-Fit Design: The top and bottom components snap together, allowing tool-free accessibility.
  • Cable Management: Holes at both ends facilitate neat organization, and screw-down cable clamps assure cable security.
  • Vented Top: Designed with a vented structure, ensuring the controller remains at optimal temperatures.
  • Shadow Line Integration: A shadow line helps hide discrepancies between parts, making for a cleaner finish. Additionally, they act as a visual guide, simplifying alignment during assembly.
  • External WiFi Support: There are two version of the enclosure. One standard model and another that includes a hole for version of the Dig-Uno with an external WiFi antenna.

Additional Parts

  • 4 x M2x4 button-head screws to mount the PCB
  • 4 x M2x10 button-head screws for the cable clamps
    • You might be able to get away with M2x8 screws depending on the diameter of the cables you use.

The enclosure is specifically designed for these settings but will probably work fine either way.

  • Perimeters (Wall Loops): 3

Could you add a version with mounting ears on the walls opposite the cable entries? With either screw holes or slots for velcro?
