Kato hat in Spur N sehr schöne Begleitwagen für die Rollende Landstrasse hergestellt. Leider ist die Inneneinrichtung komplett falsch, weshalb ich anhand von Unterlagen aus dem Web eine neue Einrichtung erstellt habe. Vielleicht hat noch jemand Verwendung für dieses Modell.

The rolling road (in German "Rollende Landstrasse", usually called just "RoLa") seems to be a German contribution to intermodal transport - complete trucks are transported on extra-flat, special railway wagons... It’s used particularly extensively in Switzerland and Austria, where this way, masses of trucks transiting through the Alps are transferred from roads to rail.

Each train has a specially reconstructed accompanying car in which the drivers can eat something or sleep.

Kato has produced some very nice variants of such cars in N gauge. As usual for Kato, these cars are of best quality, only the interior is a simple seated car, what doesn't fit at all. That's why I created my own interior some time ago using plans I found on the web (unfortunately the source is no longer accessible).

Maybe someone has use of it.
