Description
This design is made for mounting a spare battery on the stromer racktime.
It has been printed and tested, and is currently still in use.
It also is provided with a hole in the hinged parts for a lock when leaving the bike unattended.
The model is for bikes with the 12mm racktime rails and uses a Rackit snapit adapter which can be bought for under 20 euros. Other hardware used:
- M6x50 hex bolt,
- Stainless steel cylindrical pin size 4x80 (or 2 pins 4x40 like I used) this can be fitted using a hammer.
- 4x Threaded inserts M5x10
- 1x Threaded insert M6x8
Material for the boneframe and bolt-parts: ABS+/ASA
Material for the other parts: PETG
