Made this easy model for stopping my Robot vacuum from entering under furniture and pulling on wires.

Its 100 mm wide, en goes 60 mm down from the furniture. Shold not be any problems with scaling in any direction.

Worked for several years now. Attached under furniture with glue or two sided tape.
