Description

This is a remake of a design I did six years ago - a simple but universal phone stand that can be used with most modern smartphones. I redesigned it because modern phones have evolved in the last six years and are now larger and thicker. To fit this stand the phone must be 13mm (0,51") thick or smaller.

There are three models:
Standard: As seen in the pictures
High: A raised version so that an USB cable can be plugged-in from the underside
XL: extra-large for big phones or tablets

The easiest way of printing this model is on the side with small tree support. I recommend 4 walls, 5 tops and 4 bottoms. See the 3mf file for more details. Print time for the standard stand is under 3 hours.

Wife wanted a phone stand that didn't block the speaker/mic. First print couldn't get the support tree removed and actually removed a layer of the stand. reprinted with support setting back to stock settings and worked great.

Printed great from profile. My phone has a wallet case so it doesn’t slide all the way in. it’s still useable but more depth on the bottom to allow for case thickness would help
