Description

This is a remix of ClassyGoat's Dark Souls Bonfire. I also used Dekotale's remix with the separated sword.

I modified the bonfire base to allow for a LED votive candle to be inserted/glued through the bottom. I was going to use a LED tealight candle, but the votive candles are a little taller which work perfectly for this print. I used a small screwdriver to separate the candle housing from the LED.

I found my LED candle lights here from Target.

Loved the model, got it all printed and painted a while back but couldn't rate on my last review. Used the "Print Glass with your Bambu..." printables profile on the flame with Orange Transparent PETG and it looked awesome with the light in

Wow, I had planned to use only transparent filament. But orange transparent is "lit" 👍 May I ask which one you used

IEMAI Clear PETG orange from Amazon, the print profile on Printables is what really made it look great I think. You can probably use any orange transparent PETG and it'll be very similar

I like the print, but a significantly smaller tea light than you specified does not fit

and unfortunately, the sword detached from the bed on the first attempt Let's see if that still happens after calibration, otherwise I'll add more than just one support

Very nice. I ended up painting this and unfortunately the tea light candle was not really shining well through the layers of primer and paint so I ended up ditching that. Very enjoyable and it was my first time painting a print. Thanks!

Printed and painted. Absolutely love the model. Just ordered some LED candles to get the light portion going. This is the first model I've ever painted and now I can't wait to do ever more!
