Modelled to suit the lenses of commersially available glasses at specsavers: Commercial link to specsavers model
Dry the filament really well to make the supports release with a fair amount of force and the least residues. Supports are placs to avid any skin contact.
In picture printed with rainbow tpu filament.

Yes, they are kids glasses who tend to crush them regularly. it says so in the link and and tags.
