The Pillar is a tall self-watering pot built around a set of clear orchid pots you can grab on Amazon. The print includes the reservoir and a snap fit lid that latches directly onto the orchid pot, available in 4 sizes to match 3.9, 4.7, 5.5 and 6.3 inch pots.
Most self-watering pots are wide and shallow but that doesn't leave room for your plant to grow upwards. This limits corm growth in alocasia, and makes it a pain when you to add a moss pole because they normally aren't deep enough to support a pole.
To install simply push the lip of the pot into the collar and it should snap firmly into place.
