Description
Classic Joker Display Figure (No AMS)
Every model has a story.
This one is dedicated to my son, Alexander.
Alexander has always loved the Joker and already had an amazing Batman on his shelf. Naturally, he wanted Batman to have his greatest rival standing beside him. I found an excellent Batman model here:
But after searching for quite a while, I couldn't find a Batman: The Animated Series (DCAU) inspired Joker that was designed as a No AMS multi-part build.
So... I decided to make one.
What started as "I'll just make Alexander a Joker" quickly turned into a month-long journey of learning Blender. Along the way I learned mesh restoration, topology cleanup, Booleans, part engineering, hidden seams, and multi-part assembly workflows. The final model you're downloading is the result of that entire learning process.
Rather than relying on an AMS, every visible color is modeled as its own individual printable component. This allows clean color transitions with virtually no purge waste while making the model accessible to anyone with a standard single-extruder printer.

Printing Tips
- Print each component using its intended filament color.
- Dry-fit parts before applying glue.
- A small amount of CA glue is recommended for final assembly.
- Assemble from the torso outward for the easiest alignment.
- I'd recommend using a .2 nozzle for the eyes.
A Personal Note
This model represents far more than just a printable figure.
It marks the beginning of a workflow I've been developing to transform AI-generated foundation meshes into engineered, printable multi-part kits through extensive manual work in Blender.
Most importantly, it gave me the opportunity to build something special for my son.
