Description
A simple spacer for nested mixing bowls, plastic bowls, and food containers.
Placing the separator between two bowls creates a small air gap that prevents them from forming a vacuum seal, making them easier to separate after storage.
The open grid design keeps material usage low while providing enough contact points to maintain the gap.
Dimensions
The current model is approximately 150 mm in diameter and 20 mm high.
If you need a different size, let me know. I can upload additional versions with different diameters and heights on request, just let me know!
Printing
- No supports required
- 0.2 mm layer height recommended
- One perimeter (wall) is sufficient, as the part is not load-bearing.
- Low infill is enough; the design is intended to be as filament-efficient as possible.
Usage
Place the separator between two nested bowls before stacking them. If needed, the model can also be scaled to better match the diameter of your bowls.
