Parametric Cable Glands & Toggle Switch Panel

This set includes customizable mounting plates for cable glands and miniature toggle switches. The models are suitable for electronics enclosures, machine coverings, control panels, workshop installations, model building, and numerous DIY projects

All plates feature a clean, technical design with rounded corners, a continuous chamfer, and recessed mounting holes. The flat back allows for easy placement on the print bed

Parametric Cable Gland Plate

The cable gland plate can be generated with up to ten individually adjustable cable openings. Each opening can be independently activated, deactivated, and adjusted in its diameter

Depending on the number of openings used and the selected outer dimensions, the model automatically arranges the cable glands in one or two rows. Both equally sized and differently sized openings can be used within a single plate

An elevated reinforcing collar surrounds each cable opening. This stabilizes the opening, protects the plate edge, and ensures clean cable routing. The transition between the collar and the base plate is beveled and optimized for printing with minimal support material

The plate is suitable for individual wires, cable bundles, hoses, and other round pass-throughs. Unneeded openings can simply be deactivated

Parametric Toggle Switch Panel

The toggle switch panel is designed for compact switches with a round threaded neck. The switches are inserted from the front through the round openings and then secured to the panel with their retaining nut

The number of switches, the diameter of the openings, and the spacing between individual positions can be adapted to the respective project. This allows for the creation of both compact control panels and longer rows of switches
