Description

This is a straightforward module for Haydn Bao's Modcase Hyper case. It allows to install 2 SATA SSDs, but with a minimal footprint and without having to use up a fan spot. The ideal spot for it is next to a SFX PSU in the top front section of the case.

I felt like the original module for drives took too much space, and I really wanted to have two fans on the top and two more on the bottom. I also have a 140mm one on the front bottom, so the goal was to fit it by the PSU.

As you can see in the picture, it uses the same mounting screw holes as the rest of modules, and fits perfectly next to a SFX PSU. It has space for two SSDs, and the drives fit tightly enough that they don't fall out, with enough space for the connections on the bottom. Just make sure you orient them properly, since the connection ports are offset from the center. For added safety, the model has an additional lip on the top, so the SSD cannot be pulled out without lifting it first.

Printing is straight forward: place the lips on the plate, and you won't need any support. Tested with PETG.
