Compact 100-Vial Storage Case
This compact storage case is designed to hold up to 100 individual 3 mL vials while using space as efficiently as possible. The staggered vial layout allows the insert to fit more vials into a smaller footprint than a traditional straight-row arrangement.
The case includes a removable insert with numbered rows, secure latches, and a dedicated lock point to help discourage unauthorized access or prying eyes. It is well suited for organized long-term storage, including freezer use.

Required Hardware
- 3 mm × 30 mm bolts for the hinges and latches
- Optional small padlock or tamper-evident seal
Storage Note
The TPU gasket helps reduce air and moisture exchange, but a 3D-printed enclosure should not be considered laboratory-certified airtight, waterproof, or security-rated. The lock point is intended to discourage casual access rather than provide high-security protection.
When removing the case from a freezer, allowing it to warm toward room temperature before opening may help reduce condensation on the contents.
Recommended to add some 3mL vial loose desiccant holders for extra moisture protection.
