Hello everyone Today, I'd like to provide a detailed introduction to the meticulously designed multi-linkage pocket car-mounted Z-axis stabilizer. The version currently presented has undergone three rounds of rigorous improvements and repeated experiments. Its shock absorber can adjust compression and rebound based on your equipment's weight, aiming to provide you with a superior user experience. Because the detachable screen base is snap-fixed, it will be unstable when fixed on a 22mm round tube. It is recommended to perform anti-slip treatment before snapping it into the tube for fixation.
Compatible Devices
This stabilizer offers excellent compatibility and can be perfectly adapted to the following devices: Insta360 Luna Ultar, Insta360 ACE PRO, Insta360 X3, Insta360 X4, Insta360 X5 , DJI Pocket 3, GoPro series, meeting diverse shooting needs. You can purchase a vacuum suction cup and a rigid connecting rod for adaptation. A suction cup of 4.5 inches or larger is recommended (as shown in the video combination)
I. Print Parts Production Guide
- Material Selection: Considering complex environments such as bumps and vibrations in car shooting scenarios, it is crucial to use high-strength materials like ABS, PETG, PETG-GF, and PETG-CF for printing to ensure the durability of components under demanding conditions. The connection part to the main body (quick-release joint) is a stress-bearing component. Please confirm in the slicing software that it is printed with 100% infill to prevent breakage due to insufficient strength during use
- Print Direction Guidelines: The print direction of each component significantly affects the strength of the finished product. Please strictly follow the pre-arranged plate direction to fully leverage the characteristics of FDM printing technology, enhance the structural robustness of the components, and avoid reduced stability due to incorrect direction
- Critical Component Processing: The 23mm ball head component uses a 100% infill printing process, with reserved M3 30 screw holes and hot-melt nut installation space. This component needs to work in conjunction with a third-party super clamp and withstands significant stress during daily use. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to subsequently embed hot-melt nuts and tighten screws to further enhance its load-bearing capacity.(For the ball head assembly, please strictly follow the instructions to insert M3×5×5 hot-melt nuts and M3*30 screws for reinforcement)

III. Important Usage Notes
This pocket car-mounted stabilizer is a DIY device and has limitations in its load-bearing capacity. To prevent screws from loosening and falling off, it is recommended to apply an appropriate amount of thread locker before tightening the screws. It is compatible with mainstream action cameras such as Insta360 Luna Ultar, Insta360 ACE PRO, Insta360 X3, Insta360 X4, Insta360 X5, DJI Pocket 3, GoPro, and similar devices with matching specifications.
Please note, it is strictly forbidden to mount DSLR cameras and other valuable precision equipment. When shooting, please use a safety lanyard to prevent equipment loss due to the shock absorber arm breaking from insufficient material strength or substandard print quality.
