Geared Cube

Please read the detailed instructions below before printing

Available in single-color and multi-color versions, three sizes, totaling six versions: large: 70mm, medium: 60mm, small: 50mm; the small size is the limit and cannot be reduced further (due to the connecting shaft gear limit)

For this model, I personally recommend using PLA Silk filament for printing, as the smoothness of rotation compares as follows: PLA Silk > Regular PLA > PLA Matte; for installation instructions, please refer to the manual file

The part connecting the core and gear is the "connecting shaft". Due to differences in printer accuracy, after printing the connecting shaft, first insert it into the gear, then rotate the gear by hand. It should normally rotate many turns. If the gear does not rotate smoothly on the connecting shaft, you can set the X-Y contour size compensation for the connecting shaft in the slicer software to -0.1mm (this is a suggested value) or adjust it based on personal experience

Regarding the removal of the connecting shaft: If it's not smooth, you can use a small flat-head screwdriver to insert into the hole and pry the central connecting beam of the connection hole to remove it, then replace it with a connecting shaft adjusted for accuracy

This model has been tested with PETG material and works perfectly
