Stackable Modular Storage Box System

There are already plenty of useful storage boxes available, but I wanted to create my own modular storage system too.

The main goals were simple:

Easy to rearrange. Easy to stack. Easy to carry.

Use it to organize small parts, remote controls, batteries, 3D printer hotends, and more. The boxes, dividers, and handles can be freely combined to suit whatever you need to store.

All boxes share the same footprint:

180mm wide × 120mm deep

Three different heights are included:

• 20mm
• 50mm
• 100mm

Boxes of different heights can be stacked together, allowing you to combine shallow trays and taller storage boxes within the same system.

Neat Storage for Hotends and Batteries

Specialized versions of the 20mm box are also included.

The hotend and nozzle organizer has recessed spaces shaped to hold each component. Hotends and nozzles can be stored neatly and remain easy to see and access.

The battery organizer keeps batteries arranged in rows. Because the box is shallow, you can quickly check which batteries are available and how many remain.

Rearrangeable Dividers

The general-purpose boxes support removable divider plates.

By changing the number and position of the dividers, the inside can be divided into up to six compartments. Combine larger and smaller sections to match the items you want to store.

The dividers are easy to remove, so the layout can be quickly changed whenever your storage needs change.

Great for Remote Controls

The 100mm box is well suited to taller items such as television and air-conditioner remote controls, tools, and cables.

Place a battery storage box underneath the remote control box, and you will not need to search for batteries when it is time to replace them.

This keeps remote controls and their replacement batteries together in one convenient place.

Easy to Carry

Three handle lengths are included.

The short handle is useful for carrying a single box. The longest handle measures 250mm and allows several stacked boxes to be carried together.

The handle fits into the slot in the center of each box. This makes the weight easier to balance and keeps the boxes comfortable to carry, even when they are loaded.

Longer handles pass through the center of the stacked boxes. The handle acts as a guide, helping prevent the boxes from sliding sideways and keeping the stack stable while it is being moved.
