Description

Cal Kestis Lightsaber — 3D Printed Chassis

A true Jedi builds his own lightsaber.

No CNC machine in the garage, sadly — so the metal hilt is store-bought. But the heart of the saber, the chassis that holds everything together, is printed and built by hand from parts I already had lying around.

I've tracked down sources for all of them so you can order the same set and build your own Cal Kestis saber.

Note: the chassis is designed around the dimensions, not a specific brand — any board under 20 × 47 mm, any 22 mm speaker, and any 25 mm neopixel connector should drop in. I couldn't find a connector on AliExpress, so the CCSabers one is linked as a reference for the size.

May the Force be with you.
