🛠️ Recommended Print Settings

For the absolute best results, we highly recommend using a 0.2mm nozzle to capture the fine text and the blades of the fan.

• Printer: Bambu Lab X1C / P1S / A1 / A1 mini
• Nozzle Size: 0.2mm (Highly Recommended) or 0.4mm (with thin walls enabled)
• Layer Height: 0.06mm – 0.08mm for maximum detail
• Filament: PLA or PETG (Silver/Grey and Black)
• Infill: 100% (for solid keycap weight and feel)
• Supports: Yes (on build plate only; use slim/tree supports for easy removal from the stem cavity)
• Build Plate: Smooth PEI for a clean finish

💡 Assembly & Post-Processing Tips

1. Carefully remove the support material from the stem housing using a pair of fine tweezers.
2. If you printed the fan or shroud as separate plates for multi-color setups, a tiny drop of superglue (CA glue) will lock them perfectly in place.
3. Test-fit gently on a spare switch first to ensure a snug, perfect fit!
