Tiny Covid-19

This is a tiny model of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, also known as Covid-19. My niece requested a Covid-19 small enough to fit in her apothecary bottles, I was unable to find any representations of the virus printable on a very small scale. I am unwilling to disappoint my niece, so I designed this one.

Features

• 12mm diameter, printed with a 0.2mm nozzle
• Small enough to fit into an apothecary bottle or up your nose (but not through a surgical mask)
• Non-communicable
• Fully Designed and Printed in the USA 

Instructions

1. Print the two sides and the connecting peg
2. Carefully remove the brim and supports
3. Place a single dab of superglue in the interior hole of one of the printed halves
4. Insert the connecting peg into the hole with the glue in it
5. Place the second side onto the first side with opposing viral spikes - the extra glue will overflow and seal the halves together

Notes

• If you have bad eyes, a magnifying glass and tweezers will be a great help
• Make sure you don't put the two halves together in the wrong orientation, it won't look as cool if you did
