Turtle Stud Earrings

Cute little strawberry themed turtle earrings for spring and summer.

These have a flat back so they are easy to attach a stud post for earrings.  I purchased the stud backing online, but they are available in craft stores as well.  We used super glue to attach the post. Then we put them on a little card to sell them at an event we are attending that supports an animal charity.  

These print with an AMS, and we printed them slowly.  They can also be printed in all one color and are still cute!!  

They do create quite a bit of purge.  I didn't want to take any chances with bleeding, so the profile is adjusted to avoid that. You can adjust the flow volume on your end, and also purge into infill if you wish.   We printed up to 8 pair at a time to save a little on waste.    We also use a lot of our purge to make things like coasters and paper weights; so, I was not too worried about the waste.

We also used the same turtle to make magnets and keyrings. I will work on adding the profiles for those items as well.  We also printed several of the larger earring version on plate 1 of the first profile, then bagged them and sold them as is with no earring or backing attached.  They sold very well.  Peopled tended to grab up our small baggies of mini prints over everything else on our table.  Maybe that will happen for you too!   Enjoy!  Happy Printing and Good Luck!!
