OrbSpin — Dual‑Orb Spinner with Free‑Rolling Spheres

OrbSpin is a dual‑orb spinner with free‑rolling spheres and a centered spin core. The orbs rotate without an axle; one is smooth, the other is grooved. The core uses a snap‑fit pin and rotates on a single axis. 

All parts are designed for fast printing and reliable press‑fit/snap‑fit assembly. 
Available in Large and Small size.

Assembly

Core

• Press the Snap‑Fit Pin into the lower Center Rotation Pin (alignment required). 
• Insert the Center Rotation Pin through the center opening of the Rotation Body. 
• Clip the upper Center Rotation Pin onto the lower part while the Center Rotation Pin is inside the housing (alignment required).

Orbs

• Press the Square Insert into one Half‑Orb. 
• Press the second Half‑Orb on top. 
• Repeat for both orbs. 
• Insert each orb from the front/back into its holder; side insertion is not feasible.

Mechanics

• Orbs: free‑rolling, no axle
• Core: centered rotation on a single axis

• Surfaces: smooth + grooved for tactile differentiation
