Boost Me (for free)
This design includes a one-piece shower arm extender and a 90° shower arm for rainfall shower heads.
The straight extender uses a separate threaded adapter, which I designed to suit my specific requirements. For a standard setup, just apply some glue and press-fit the adapter into the end of the extender to get a standard 1/2-inch threaded connection. This approach also makes the design easier to print and customize.
