This is a part for modifying disposable filament spools, suitable for spools with a hollow part diameter less than 60mm on one side (measurement location shown below). I personally recommend using paper spools, as plastic spools are more difficult to handle

I used the Dajian paper spool. First, separate the two side disks and the original fixed central axis, as shown. (If it's a plastic spool, this step will be relatively difficult)

Then drill holes on the disk surface and secure the central axis with screws. (The screws used in the wood screw version are common for anyone who has done home renovations, often found in various furniture and so on! If not, any hardware store will certainly have them. The model size is shown below. Note that this size is the minimum acceptable size!) (The heat-set insert version uses M3 heat-set inserts and M3x15 or longer screws)

After one side's disk screws are installed in place, load the spool-less filament, then tighten the three screws on the other side to secure the other disk. (as shown below)

In fact, you can also choose to custom order hard material plates online and have the shop cut them into the corresponding shape. If needed, please leave a comment, and I can provide the corresponding DXF cutting files. However, I personally think this cost is too high and not worthwhile
