Description

Lubricating oil needs to be added to the rotating parts

The prototype of this model is a work by (YY the length).
I believe there are some irrational aspects in the prototype. Therefore, I conducted a redesign, and all the new designs are aimed at making printing and usage more convenient.
This is not a simple replica, but an optimized parallel version.

The following is a description of version differences:

*Bearing-free design
The bearing-free design is not simply about removing bearings. It requires ingenious design to achieve smooth rotation without bearings.
The original version must use specific bearings.

*Completely unsupported
Completely unsupported is not simply a matter of changing the position of the model, but rather a redesign of the structure.
The original version uses a lot of support.

*The main structure is integrally printed and molded
To reduce assembly difficulty and achieve an integrated main structure, various details need to be considered, necessitating a redesign of the structure.
The original parts cannot be printed as a single unit, but are all separate, making assembly challenging.

*The shell is intact, with the elastic band concealed
A complete spherical shape also requires precise design, and it cannot be achieved simply by making some changes. The rubber band is hidden inside, making the shell more intact.
The original version has its internal structure exposed.

* Add angle limit to the interior of the rotating shaft
A limit stop is incorporated inside the rotating shaft to maintain a consistent angle when pressed.
The original version has no limit on the rotation axis, and it rotates randomly when pressed.

*Gear cover with concealed buckle locking
The gear cover features a concealed buckle design, which locks with a single press.
The original version is complex to install, requiring materials to be inserted and fixed. Due to printing tolerances, it is sometimes difficult to insert them.

* The innovative addition of a ring buckle allows for more playful ways to use it, and it can even be rotated without the need for a rubber band (completely without any additional accessories)
The original version does not have this function

*Introducing a smaller version with a diameter of 5cm. The 5cm size is not just a simple reduction; all details have been adjusted to ensure smooth operation.
The original version does not have a small-sized version, nor can it be printed in a smaller size.
