A beautiful customizable keychain that combines an elegant background initial with your name in relief! This model was specifically designed for multi-filament printing and is optimized to minimize filament waste (purges) from the AMS thanks to separate component management.

Thanks to the latest code update, exported files are already perfectly flat on the bottom and centered, eliminating any levitation errors or support requirements in Bambu Studio!

🚀 How to Print Best (Zero Waste!)

The design is meant to be printed in two separate pieces that fit together perfectly. You have two great ways to proceed:

1. From Smartphone (Bambu Handy App) 📱 

If you print directly from your phone via the app, you can launch prints one after another to completely eliminate filament change purges:

• Phase 1: Start the print by selecting only the Base Letter plate (with your preferred color).
• Phase 2: Subsequently, start printing the Name plate. The AMS will change the filament only for the few layers of the raised text, reducing waste to virtually zero!
• Phase 3: Snap the name into the base's recess (and if you want an eternal hold, a drop of cyanoacrylate glue).

2. From PC (Bambu Studio) 💻

If you prefer to manage everything in a single printing session on your PC:

1. Generate and export the two STL/3MF files separately from the OpenSCAD Customizer (one for the Base and one for the Name).
2. Drag the two files onto the Bambu Studio plate.
3. In the 'Objects' tab on the left, assign your AMS colors separately to the name's edge and the internal text.
4. If you prefer, move the name block to a second plate to print it separately.

🛠️ Easy Assembly & Calibrated Tolerances

Once the two pieces are printed, the fit is immediate! The model already includes a calibrated mating tolerance in the code to make the name fit perfectly into its recess on the base letter. Just a light press (and if you want an eternal hold, a drop of cyanoacrylate glue).
