Description

Scharfen Tenderhit Meat Tenderizer - Replacement Blade Guide / Stripper Finger

This is a 3D-printable replacement blade guide (stripper finger / comb element) designed specifically for the Scharfen Tenderhit commercial meat tenderizer machine.

Over time, the original plastic guides can wear down, break, or become lost during cleaning cycles. This model allows you to drop in a functional replacement on the guide rod assembly to keep your machine stripping meat from the blades smoothly and safely.

⚙️ Printing & Material Recommendations

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: Because this part comes into direct contact with food processing equipment (raw meat), please take necessary food-safety precautions.

  • Filament Choice: PETG or CPE are recommended over PLA for better toughness, chemical resistance against kitchen cleaners, and better heat tolerance during washing. For advanced users, food-contact compliant filaments or a food-safe resin coating are ideal.
  • Infill: 100% Solid Infill (or high wall counts with 50%+ infill) to ensure structural strength under mechanical pressure
  • Supports: print it flat on its side. no supports needed

🔧 Installation Notes

  1. Remove the blade guide rod assembly from the tenderizer head.
  2. Slide off the broken/old guide segment.
  3. Slide the 3D-printed replacement onto the alignment rods using the two pre-modeled mounting holes.
  4. Secure the assembly back into the machine, ensuring the fingers align perfectly between the tenderizing blades without binding.
