Description
1. Split Design: The hat body and the round postal emblem snap are printed separately. The snap-fit assembly requires no glue. The hat circumference is calibrated for general children's head sizes. After printing with PLA/PETG materials, children aged 3-8 can wear it directly, suitable for both dolls and real children.
2. The shape restores the classic postal wide-brimmed hat outline. The widened curved brim and double-layered hatband lines reproduce the details of a real postman's hat. The side features the original adjustable buckle design structure.
Printing Process Suggestions
- Recommended filament: PLA, PETG;
- Supports: The top flat surface can be printed flat without supports; only the small emblem piece needs tiny tree supports as required;
- Arrangement: Print the hat body flat with the bottom facing down to reduce layer lines and improve surface smoothness.
Usage Scenarios
- Doll accessories: Suitable for regular-sized plush bears and figures as decoration;
- Children's wear: Festival costumes, postal-themed cosplay, kindergarten event props;
- Desktop ornament: Standalone as a creative desktop decoration, the emblem can be freely removed and replaced with different patterns.
