Assembly Guide

Our design is compatible with 4–6 mm paracord.

For easier assembly, we recommend melting both ends of the paracord with a lighter to create a firm tip. This helps the paracord slide through the holes more easily.

For the best experience, we also recommend printing our Paracord Pusher Tool, which makes threading the paracord through the blocks and charms much easier.

1. Connect the Looper: Fold the paracord in half and insert the loop through the looper.
   Tip: Choose a looper with an inner diameter 1–2 mm larger than your paracord. For example:
   4 mm paracord → 5–6 mm looper
   5 mm paracord → 6–7 mm looper
   6 mm paracord → 7–8 mm looper
2. Attach the Hook: Secure the loop by attaching your preferred hook or carabiner.
3. Insert the Blocks & Charms: Arrange the blocks, clickers, and charms in any order you like. Use the Paracord Pusher Tool to make threading the paracord quick and easy.
4. Install the Mechanical Switches: Align the mechanical switch with the housing, ensuring the pins match the guide slots. Press firmly until the switch is fully seated.
5. Install the Keycaps: Align the keycap stem with the mechanical switch, then press down firmly using both thumbs until it snaps into place.
6. Enjoy! Attach your finished creation to your keys, backpack, lanyard, or zipper—and enjoy your personalized Chunky Paracord Fidget Clicker.

Switch Compatibility

For the best experience, we recommend using standard mechanical switches or semi-box switches, as they provide the smoothest and easiest installation. Other mechanical switch designs may still work, but they may require additional pressure to install properly.
