H2C Quality Enhanced Profile – V2

This profile was created with the aim of further improving print quality compared to the standard Bambu profile, while maintaining an excellent balance between quality, reliability, and print times.

After numerous tests and comparisons, various settings have been optimized to achieve more uniform surfaces, more defined details, less visible seams, and better management of complex geometries.

Main Features

✅ Improved Surface Quality

Wall and top surface settings have been optimized to achieve:

• More uniform finish.
• Less visible print lines.
• Greater detail precision.

✅ Optimized Walls

• Wall generator Arachne.
• Line width optimization.
• Improved dimensional accuracy.
• Greater uniformity of external surfaces.

✅ Improved Top Surface

Top surfaces use settings designed to:

• Reduce gaps between lines.
• Achieve a cleaner aesthetic effect.
• Improve the quality of visible surfaces.

✅ Less Visible Seam

Seam settings have been optimized to make it as inconspicuous as possible, improving the final appearance of the model.

✅ Overhang Management

Speeds dedicated to overhangs have been adjusted to increase quality in more difficult areas without compromising print reliability.

✅ Optimized Cooling

Fan settings have been balanced to improve:

• overhang quality;
• detail definition;
• layer uniformity.

✅ Infill

The profile uses optimized infill to ensure a good compromise between:

• strength;
• speed;
• material consumption.

Profile Development

This profile was developed and tested on a friend's Bambu Lab H2C, using numerous test prints and directly comparing it to the original Bambu profile.

The goal is not to replace the stock profile, which is already excellent, but to offer an optimized alternative for those who wish to achieve even better quality in certain situations.

The project is still under development and will be constantly updated. Any new optimization or improvement will be added in future versions of the profile.
