PuckIt V2 — DIY Driver Alert Button Case
PuckIt V2 is a compact 3D-printable enclosure for a DIY driver-to-driver alert button.
It holds a Seeed XIAO ESP32S3 with Wio-SX1262 LoRa radio, a 30 mm hazard button, a 16 mm Puck Yeah button, and an 8 LED WS2812B light bar.
Designed for grassroots motorsport, drift, track days, private roads, and community builds.
No phone app. No mobile coverage. No subscription.
Press the button. Nearby units can receive the alert and show the LED warning.
This is a prototype/community hardware case. It is a supplemental awareness aid only and is not a safety device.

This print is designed as a functional prototype case for the PuckIt V2 DIY alert button build.
Recommended material
PETG is recommended for car/interior use because it handles heat better than PLA.
Suggested settings
Layer height: 0.20 mm
Wall loops: 3–4
Top/bottom layers: 4–5
Infill: 20–30%
Supports: Only where needed
Brim: Optional, recommended for PETG
Print notes
Print slowly enough to keep the face clean.
Use support settings that are easy to remove around the button holes and USB-C opening.
Check button fit before final assembly.
