Model Specifications

• Indicator Housing: Designed for indicators with a 10mm (M10) threaded pin.
• Mounting System: The bottom base is designed to accommodate a threaded insert (to be heat-set into the printed part). This allows you to firmly and durably anchor the mount using a simple screw, offering mechanical resistance far superior to a simple plastic thread.

3D Printing Tips

As this component is intended for outdoor use, vibrations, and sun exposure, the choice of parameters and material is crucial for a durable result:

• Recommended Material: ABS (or alternatively ASA). Its high heat resistance will prevent the mount from deforming under the summer sun or due to proximity to the engine.
• Note on material: The use of PLA is strongly discouraged, as it would tend to melt or fail quickly outdoors.
• Additional Hardware Required: 1x heat-set brass threaded insert (female), 1x Screw matching the insert size.
