I saw previous designs on this site, but their customizability was limited, so I designed my own. The customizable parameters are pipe diameter and length. For the pipe diameter, it is recommended to measure the widest point of the pipe's protruding frame, then subtract 1-2mm. The length refers to the desired length of the side rods. The generated model cannot be used directly; you need to adjust its orientation in the slicer software. The fixing pins can be replaced with M4 screws.
If you need to connect them in series, rotate each pipe clamp 90 degrees for each additional level, using the closed side to clamp the joint of the next segment.
I have uploaded an example model adapted for 60mm PVC ducts, and it has been confirmed to work properly.
To facilitate the movable clasps, the side with the larger fillet should face inwards, and the smaller side outwards.
