• Easy Printing, No AMS Required: The entire model is separated into multiple logical pieces (head, body, arms, legs, boots, etc.). This allows you to print the parts individually without needing a multi-material system (AMS/MMU), simplifying the entire process.
• Optimized for Minimal Supports: I have designed each piece with a focus on ease of printing. The parts are engineered to require minimal internal or external supports, reducing print time, material waste, and the complexity of post-processing.
• Modular Assembly: The pieces are designed to fit together cleanly.
• Clean & Easy Finishing: The separate pieces make painting or finishing a breeze. You can easily color each part before assembly for a professional, factory-finished look.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.16mm - 0.20mm (lower for head/finer details, higher for body)
• Infill: 10-15% Gyroid (or preferred)
• Wall Loops: 3
• Bottom Layers: 4
• Top Layers: 5
• Support Type: Standard or Tree (Minimal needed)
• Build Plate Adhesion: Brim is recommended for smaller or taller, more narrow parts (like the boots).

Post-Processing Notes:

Remove minimal supports carefully. Test-fit all parts before applying adhesive. Light sanding may be required at seam locations for a perfect fit.
