Ningyo

This miniature depicts a Ningyō, the legendary fish-human creature from Japanese folklore. Unlike the beautiful mermaids of Western legends, the Ningyō is traditionally portrayed as an eerie supernatural being whose appearance is both fascinating and unsettling.

The original concept artwork was generated with AI from a detailed prompt that I personally wrote, inspired by Japanese mythology while reimagining the creature as a highly detailed tabletop miniature. Starting from that artwork, I used MakerWorld Image to 3D to generate the initial STL, which was then refined and prepared for resin 3D printing.

The result is a printable fantasy miniature designed for RPGs, wargames, collectors, and anyone interested in Japanese folklore.
