⚙️ RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS Since this is a dashboard accessory exposed to direct sunlight through the windshield, filament choice is critical.

• 🛑 DO NOT USE PLA: It will inevitably warp or soften on the first hot summer day!
• 🚀 What I used: I printed it in PET-CF (Carbon Fiber reinforced PET). The result is extremely rigid, heat-resistant, and has a fabulous matte aesthetic finish.
• ✅ Recommended Materials: I highly recommend using ASA or ABS (even better if carbon/glass fiber reinforced, e.g., ASA-CF or ABS-CF) to ensure maximum thermal stability, UV resistance behind the glass, and structural rigidity.

🔧 REQUIRED INSTALLATION HARDWARE

• 3x Wood screws: 3 mm x 12 mm (3x12mm)
• Mounting sealant (e.g., polyurethane adhesive like Sika or similar) to ensure stability and avoid any vibration.

🔧 INSTALLATION

1. Remove the original mirror and thoroughly clean the mounting surface to remove dust or residue.

2. Apply a small amount of mounting sealant to the rear contact surface of the printed part to isolate it from the windshield/mount and prevent annoying vibrations or noise while traveling.

   

3. Secure the organizer firmly by inserting and tightening the 3x 3x12 mm wood screws into the pre-made holes.
4. Let the sealant dry for the time recommended by the manufacturer before putting any weight in the organizer. Done!
