Quad Cortex Protective Shell & Mounting System

This protective shell is designed specifically for the Neural DSP Quad Cortex, providing rugged protection while maintaining complete access to every feature. Unlike bulky cases that need to be removed before playing, this shell is designed to remain installed at all times, protecting the chassis during transport, rehearsals, gigs, and everyday use.
The integrated mounting system makes it easy to securely install your Quad Cortex on a pedalboard, rack shelf, studio desk, or custom rig. Mount the shell once, then simply drop your Quad Cortex in and you're ready to play.

Print Settings
- Material: PETG-CF or stronger materials recommended (ASA-CF, PA-CF, etc.)
- PLA is NOT recommended
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm
- Walls: 4
- Infill: 15% Gyroid
- Supports: None
- Brim: Optional depending on your printer

Required Hardware
- M2 Heat Set Inserts × See model for quantity
- M2 × 8 mm Socket Head Cap Screws × Matching quantity to inserts
Recommended: Install heat-set inserts with a soldering iron using moderate heat. Allow inserts to cool completely before assembly. Do not overtighten the M2 screws—snug is sufficient.

This model was designed from direct measurements of the Quad Cortex to provide a snug, secure fit while preserving airflow and access to every control and connection.
