Overview

This 3D printable Saint Anthony fridge magnet is a small decorative magnet made for fridges, lockers, toolboxes, office cabinets, or anywhere you want a little faith stuck to the surface.

The print measures approximately 90 mm at its longest point and is 3 mm thick, giving it a slim, clean profile.

The back includes two holes sized for 6.5 x 2 mm magnets, so the finished print can attach neatly to a magnetic surface once the magnets are installed.

History of the Object

Saint Anthony of Padua was a Franciscan friar, preacher, and teacher known for his powerful sermons and deep knowledge of Scripture.

He is one of the most beloved Catholic saints and is widely known as the patron saint of lost things. So yes, putting him on the fridge feels pretty fitting, because that is where half the missing leftovers and mystery containers usually end up.

Saint Anthony is often shown holding the Child Jesus, a lily, or a book, symbols connected to his faith, purity, and teaching.

Magnet Notes

This model is designed for:

• Two 6.0 x 2 mm magnets
• Magnets installed after printing
• CA glue, epoxy, or a similar adhesive
• A quick test fit before gluing

Check magnet polarity before gluing them in place. A backwards magnet will still fit, but it may not help you find your patience afterward.

Supports & Removal Notes

This should be a simple print for most setups.

• Print flat on the build plate
• Supports should not be needed in most cases
• If supports appear inside the magnet holes, remove them carefully
• Take extra care around thin raised details, lettering, halo, hands, book, lily, or Child Jesus details
• Clean out the magnet holes before installing magnets

Remove supports slowly and carefully. Small details can snap if you attack them like you’re opening a stuck pickle jar.
