Description

I needed a custom sized ventilation grid for my chicken coop, corresponding to my largest hole saw of 95mm.

So this is the result : the 94mm inner part fits the hole, while the 120mm lip allows 3x 5mm screw holes.

I placed the bit to adjust the opening this way in order to maximize the opening size : the open parts go full circular width, unlike other models where there is an outer closed ring to place the handle.

The tolerances are very tight because i wanted a firm manipulation.

Depending on your printer calibration and filament, you might have to very slightly enlarge the center hole of the inner part.
(just lightly sand or very slighlty scrub the inside with a sharp knife).

Dimensions are kinda specific to my case but happy to share anyway.
